15 Upcoming Films for 2015

#6: Rec 4: Apocalypse

The 'Rec' series shares so much with the 'Evil Dead' saga in such that the first two films are very similare renditions of themselves and the third installments simply throw away the book and add something quite special to the series. Much like 2013's 'Evil Dead', volume 4 is one that will go back to the roots of it's horror beginnings.

#7: Fetish Factory

'Fetish Factory' goes back to the deep, down and dirty bottom of horror and unites an all star cast from Chase Williamson (John Dies At The End), Jennifer Blanc-Biehn (The Victim), Tristan Risk (American Mary) and Daniel Quinn (Rubber) which sees a group of pin-ups fend off a horde of zombies in b-movie sexploitation fashion. This one is going to be X-rated.

#8: Crimson Peak

Guillermo Del Toro needs no introduction and 'Crimson Peak' has a cast to literally die for with Jessica Chastain, Tom Hiddleston, Charlie Hunnam and Mia Wasikowska. Trapped in a haunted house, this is one haunting you won't want to miss.

#9: Phantasm V: Ravager

The Tall Man returns and Mike and Jolly are the boys in town to save the day in the long awaited sequel (17 years to be precise). One thing we are guaranteed is a heap full of gory fun and despite Don Coscarelli no longer directing, he still has writing credits and the original cast reprise their original roles.

#10: Amityville: The Awakening

The Amityville franchise has had it's ups and downs (primarily downs since the 1978 classic) yet despite constant debate on whether the "based on true events" saga the continue, the series is not going to leave us anytime soon. This time produced by Blum House and taking the action to modern day, there are echoes of 'Insidious' which surely will be a good thing so long as it's not a copy and paste job and the scares come thick and fast. Whatever happens, we will try not to "GET OUT!"
